Initially, they were called in to investigate a leak coming from under a basement tub. It was quickly diagnosed that there was an issue with an inaccessible drain pipe under the tub. This required more significant work than expected and we ultimately decided to remodel the bathroom all together rather than more patch jobs. The issue was timeline as the bathroom is part of an apartment in use by tenants who needed to be accommodated elsewhere during the work. Hasan was able to assemble his team quickly and prioritize the work to get started within 2 days. The crew showed up everyday and worked hard to meet timelines. Once the work started it took only 7 days for the job to be complete. The workmanship is clean the materials are durable for their purpose and the team was very accommodating with selection of materials and ideas to make the bathroom more comfortable. For us the timeline and impact to the family living in the apartment was most critical so we likely paid a premium for the urgency but in the end the team at HanKandy Services ahead of schedule within the budgeted detailed costs outlined with daily updates.
